By visiting any location along the Trail, you acknowledge and understand that the Maine Oyster Trail, its representatives, employees, assigns, and all parties who manage the Trail (including Maine Aquaculture Association and Maine Sea Grant) shall not be held liable, and you are releasing and waiving any liability for any injuries, including all risks for personal injury, illness (including foodborne illness), disease and viruses (including secondary transmissions, COVID-19, and exposure to COVID-19), death, and/or property damage, or other losses or claims that may occur either during or as a result of your visit to any business property, marine vessels, restaurants, and/or aquaculture businesses associated with the Maine Oyster Trail.
